Candidate Registration & Joining Process
All candidates seeking job placement through Sai Job Placement must complete our registration process. Candidates who are not registered will not be eligible for any placement support.
1. Document Submission
Submit required documents at the placement centre during registration.
2. Background Verification (BGV)
Education, employment, identity and reference checks to ensure authenticity before placement.
3. Registration Form Fill-up
Forms accepted online (WhatsApp) or offline at our authorized placement centre/branches only.
4. Registration Fee Payment
₹500/- payable via official QR code or bank transfer.
5. Payment Receipt
An official receipt is issued by our HR team confirming registration.
6. Registration Number Notification
Sent to your registered mobile number; valid for one financial year.

- Updated Resume / CV
- Passport-size photographs (1-2 copies)
- Education certificates (10th, 12th, Grad/PG)
- Experience certificate / Relieving letter
- PAN Card & Aadhaar Card
- Last 2-3 months' salary slips
